Kawasaki Announces over $150,000 in 2025 CSBK Contingency Awards

Canadian Kawasaki Motors (CKM) is excited to announce a historic $150,000 in available contingency for the 2025 CSBK racing season. Highlights of this program include:

  • The largest roadracing contingency program in Canada

  • Contingency cash paid per race for pro classes

  • Season-end contingency cash for pro classes

  • Available racer discounts from participating Kawasaki dealers

  • CKM 50th Anniversary Sales event on now


CKM is offering championship contingency to support Kawasaki riders across all classes of the Bridgestone Canadian Superbike Championship series (CSBK), and per-race contingency to Pro class riders.


Contingency is available to riders who finish the season in the top three of the championship in their respective CSBK classes for most classes, with Pro Superbike and Pro Sport Bike paying down to fifth place in championship standings. Race contingency will be offered to the top three in most Pro classes, and the top five in Pro Superbike.


The impressive Ninja ZX-10R, Ninja ZX-6R, Ninja ZX-4R, Ninja 650, Ninja 500, and Ninja 400 are all eligible for championship contingency. This includes a large contingency payout for the Niagara Race Crafters ZX-4RR Cup Pro class.

Canadian Kawasaki Motors is excited to support professional and amateur road racing in Canada and reward its riders with these championship contingency payments.

Per race contingency:

CKM will pay race contingency in Pro classes only. Those prizes are:


Championship Contingency:

Championship contingency will be paid for all pro classes, plus Amateur Superbike and Amateur Sport Bike. Those prizes are:


 Riders must participate in a minimum of 4 CSBK national rounds to be eligible for championship contingency. Their machines must also display the Ninja and Kawasaki logos and prominent green accents on their motorcycle.


A minimum of 5 entries is required for each class in order for contingency to be awarded.


Employees of Canadian Kawasaki Motors are not eligible for contingency prizes.


The first round of the Canadian Superbike Championship is scheduled for Shannonville Motorsport Park, Ontario on May 16-18, 2025.
